Like the majority of people, I during many years confused education and instruction. We have a Ministry for Education but, this one, to my direction bears its name badly. Nobody can educate anybody. The speeches, the explanations, the commands are not used for nothing. A teacher does not seek to change the other, but by its behavior, it animates, vivifies, sprinkles the good predispositions. It is thus necessary to start by having oneself qualities which one wants to develop at the others, and this is why the trade of teacher is most difficult who is.
One of extreme perversions of the French education system
